FAQ
Still stuck? The claim page tells you exactly which step you are missing.
How do I claim something?
Save your Steam trade URL in your profile, pick an item, claim. It is bought for you at claim time and arrives as a normal Steam trade offer - accept it and it is yours. A case bought this way can be opened straight away; there is no trade hold on it.
Do I have to log in with Steam?
No. A trade URL is all we need and all we ask for. We never see your Steam password, your API key or your authenticator, and there is no Steam login to phish.
Who is the trade offer from?
A seller on the marketplace we buy through, not from us - it is an ordinary peer-to-peer purchase that we paid for and had sent to you. Always check the item in the offer matches the case you claimed before accepting.
Why is there one claim per Steam account?
Because wallets are free and Steam accounts are not. A trade URL identifies exactly one Steam account, and only one wallet can point at it - so splitting a bag across wallets buys you nothing unless you also run a Steam account for each one.
What do you do with my trade URL?
It is the address your items get sent to, nothing more. Double-check it is yours before saving: we deliver to whatever account that URL belongs to, so a wrong URL sends your item to a stranger. Your profile shows the Steam ID it resolves to and links to that profile so you can confirm.
My Steam inventory is private.
Set it to public before claiming: Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → Inventory → Public. Items cannot be delivered to a private inventory.
I do not have the Steam mobile authenticator.
Enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and wait out its initial hold before claiming. Without it, Steam blocks item trades entirely - this is Valve's rule, not ours.
I did not accept the offer in time.
Expired and cancelled offers refund your credits automatically and you can claim again. If it has been more than an hour and the claim still says “with us”, it is ours to settle by hand - do not claim again until it does.
I claimed and got nothing.
Check your history. Every claim ends as delivered or refunded, and if it refunded, your credits are back with the reason printed next to it.
When is the next snapshot?
We do not say. That is the point - announced snapshots get farmed by people who buy an hour before and sell an hour after.
Can I split my holding across wallets to earn more?
No, and it is worse. The credit rate grows faster than your holding does, so n wallets of size x/n always earn less than one wallet of size x. On top of that, every wallet needs its own verified Steam account to spend anything, and claims are rate-limited per Steam account.
Why a claim fails
Every one of these has real copy instead of “claim failed”. If you see a code anywhere, it is in this list.
- not_signed_in
- Connect your wallet and sign the message to continue.
- db_down
- We cannot reach our database right now, so sign-in is unavailable. Nothing you hold is affected - try again shortly.
- steam_taken
- That trade URL is already saved to another wallet. One Steam account per wallet.
- bad_trade_url
- That is not a valid Steam trade URL. Copy the whole thing from Steam → Inventory → Trade Offers → Who can send me trade offers.
- no_trade_url
- Add your Steam trade URL in your profile - that is where items get sent.
- paused
- Claims are paused while we top up the reward pool. Your credits are safe and nothing expires.
- unknown_item
- That item is not in the catalogue right now.
- unavailable
- Nobody is selling that one at the moment. Pick another, or try again in ten minutes.
- over_cap
- That item is above our per-claim limit. Pick something cheaper - the limit is on the page.
- stale_price
- We have not re-read that price recently enough to spend against it. Refresh in a minute.
- not_enough_credits
- You do not have enough credits for that yet. Keep holding - the rate climbs.
- cooldown
- You already claimed. The timer on your profile shows when you can claim again.
- rate_limited
- Too many requests. Wait a minute.
- balance_floor
- The reward pool is too low to cover that claim safely. Credits refunded, nothing lost.
- wrong_price
- The price moved above what we would pay before the order went through. Credits refunded.
- too_low_price
- The price moved above what we would pay before the order went through. Credits refunded.
- no_items
- The last listing sold before we got to it. Credits refunded - claim again.
- not_found

- Steam put that trade in escrow. Enable the mobile authenticator to remove the hold.
- manual_fulfilment
